Roles and Responsibilities of various stakekholders
The responsibility of building, maintenance, and future development of the database is vested with the Core Committee headed by the Planning Secretary.
The power and responsibility of updating the progress of plan schemes implementation is vested with specially designated officers in each development department. Every project falling within the scope of the review mechanism has an identified officer responsible for reporting data on implementation on time to time.
For the purpose of data validation, State Planning Board has designated its technical officers as designated plan monitoring officers of different departments. Each department has a designated officer from the State Planning Board, who is responsible for vetting and validation of the implementation data.
The information system is managed and technical coordination is done by Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management- Kerala.
